Petit point piece is done!

Miniatyyritalu, jota olen tässä pistellyt on nyt valmis. Siinä ei ole vielä kehyksiä, koska olen myymässä sitä, ja ostaja saa itse valita kehyksen värin ( jos ei halua kehystää sitä itse). Mitat ovat 2,2 x 6,3 senttiä.

The miniature piece I was working on is now finished. It doesn't have a frame yet because I'm selling it and the buyer can choose the color of the frame (if they don't want to frame it themselves). The piece measures 2,2 x 6,3 cm.

Minulla oli myös aikaa tehdä vähän yli tuhat pistoa Mini Sunflowersiin. Viides on nyt puoliksi tehty.

I also had time to make a little over 1 000 stitches on my Mini Sunflowers. The fifth page is half done.

More progress this week

Viime viikolla sain pisteltyä taas vähän enemmän. Keskimäärin vähän yli 200 pistoa päivässä.

Last week I managed to stitch a little more. On average a little over 200 stitches a day.

Sain tehtyä myös jonkin verran miniatyyriäni. Toinenkin palmu on kohta valmis.

I also had time stitch my petit point miniature piece. The second palmtree is almost complete.

Hidasta edistymistä - Slow Progress

Pidin taas kolmen viikon tauon päivityksessä, koska en taaskaan olen ehtinyt tekemään kovin paljoa. Melkein joka päivä olen kuitenkin saanut tehtyä vähän. Nyt on neljä sivua jo valmiina, ja viidettä olen aloittanut. Vieläkin olen aikataulusa.

Once again I haven't posted anything in three weeks, because I haven't done that much. However, I have stitched some almost everyday. Now four pages are finished and I've already started the fifth one. I'm still on schedule.

Kolmen viikon pistelyt / Three weeks' progress

En ole kirjoittanut blogiini kolmeen viikkoon, mutta olenkin edistynyt näiden viikkojen aikana yhteensä vain yhtä paljon kuin normaalisti viikossa.

I haven't posted in my blog for three weeks, but I have stitched during these weeks only as much as I normally would in one week.

Olen aloittanut myös uuden miniatyyripistelyn, jonka aion myydä, kun se on valmis. Se on Artecy Cross Stitchin Sunset With Palm Trees Bookmark.

Ostin myös Etsysta uuden mallin, jota olin katsellut jonkin aikaa. Se on tehty ensimmäisen Tähtien Sota - elokuvan julisteesta. En aio pistellä mallin mustia kohtia, joten sen tekemiseen ei pitäisi kulua hirveästi aikaa.

I have also bought a new  pattern form Etsy. I had been eyeing it for a while. It's made from the first Star Wars movie's poster. I won't be stitching the black spots, so it shouldn't take too long to stitch it.

Tilasin jo Sew It All -nettikaupasta kankaan tuolle Tähtien Sota -mallille sekä Earth from Space at Nightille. Molemmat ovat mustaa Oslo hardanger-kangasta eli 22 countia. Toisessa on päälle laitettua kimalle, joka näkyy kuvassa.

I already ordered the fabrics for the Star Wars and Earth from Space at Night from Sew It All. They are black 22 count Oslo hardanger fabric. One of then has added silver sparkles on top, which you can see in the picture.

Mini Sunflowers 13. viikko / week 13

Mini Sunflowers 11. viikko / week 11

Yli 40% jo valmiina. Uusi tavoitteeni onn saada tämä valmiiksi ennen Heaven and Earth Designsin tammikuun reward programia. Se vaatii sitä, että teen noin 100 pistoa päivässä. Yritän kyllä tehdä päivässä vähintään 200 pistoa.

Over 40% already done. My new goal is to finish this for the Heaven and Earth Designs January reward program. It means that I have to do about 100 stitches a day. I, however, try do do at least 200.

Kahden viikon edistys - Two week's progress

I didn't post anything last week, because I didn't really get much done. I was on my holiday and wasn't at at home. So, in two weeks I only managed to do about 1600 stitches.

I forgot to tell you last time that I participated in the official Heaven and Designs Facebook group's WIP contest. I didn't win a chart of my choice, but all who posted a picture of their HAED WIPs received a chart for free. It was Aimee Stewart's QS FV Nautilus.
